Repairs and Installation

We offer a pump repair service which can be undertaken either on or off site at very competitive labour rates. Our service includes collection, strip down and clean, full break-down quotation, fast turnaround of repair and delivery back to site. We also offer pump commissioning, installations and pipe work modifications.

The Packaged Pump Sets Range

Fluid Pumps offer fully packaged duty / standby transfer sets. Each set incorporates self priming pumps, isolating valves, pressure gauge, P.R.V. all mounted on a drain rim base plate. Pumps from ½" to 4" sizes can be packaged with different pipework layouts to suit specific installation requirements. Optional extras are available such as control panels, strainers, pressure switches, etc.

Mechanical Seals

We can supply a wide range of mechanical seals from: component, single, double, split, bellows and seal support systems. We can advise on retrofitting mechanical seals into packed gland pumps or offer you competitive replacement quotes or even to refurbish your old seal.

Valves

Fluid Pumps can supply a wide range of process valves from: ball, butterfly, swing, gate, non-return, diaphragm and check valves. These are available either manually, electrically or pneumatically controlled. We have access to all the leading brands with excellent lead times.

Bearings

We offer a full range bearings including: ball, cylindrical roller, needle roller, spherical roller, taper roller and ball bearings in both metric & imperial sizes. We can supply all the main brands including: FAG, SKF, RHP, Koyo, Rollway, CBF, Phoenix, A+S, Timken, INA, Cooper and NKB.
