Introduction
Warren Rupp holds a leading position in the air operated diaphragm pump market with one of the broadest range of pump sizes, types and models. Marketed primarily under trade name of Sandpiper Pumps.
Warren Rupp pioneered the design & manufacture of the air operated double diaphragm pumps, founded in 1965 the company is one of the largest producers of diaphragm pumps and ancillaries in the world.
Sandpiper Metal Range
The Sandpiper metal range is available from ¼” to 4” connection sizes
with flows from 4lpm — 950lpm and maximum pressure of up to 8 bar. Wetted casings
available in stainless steel, aluminium, cast iron and hastalloy, with a full
range of elastomer options including buna, neoprene, EPDM, viton and PTFE. The
Sandpiper metal ranges include the SB, EB, SA, and S11.
Sandpiper Plastic Range
The Sandpiper Plastic range is available from ¼” to 3” connection sizes
with flows from 4lpm — 550lpm and maximum pressure of up to 8 bar. Wetted casings
available in polypropylene, Nylon conductive acetal and PTFE, with a full range of
elastomer options including buna, neoprene, EPDM, viton and PTFE. The Sandpiper Plastic
ranges include the S11 non metallic and PB.
Sandpiper High Pressure range
The air powered single diaphragm metallic pumps deliver discharge price twice that of the inlet pressure, up to 250 psi (17bar). Max flow 95 lpm.
Sandpiper Hygienic Range
The Sandpiper hygienic range is available in 1” to 2” connection sizes with flows
to a maximum of 140 lpm and maximum pressure of 8 bar. Wetted casings available in
electropolished stainless steel with various elastomer options including EPDM, PTFE food
grade wetted parts. Hygienic connections also available included Din/RJT & ferrule. This
range has USDA certification. Models include SET1A, SETA, SSA2-A, SSB1A and SSB-A.
